As founders who have built and grown e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands, we know how important trust and authenticity are in the online shopping experience. Buying online can feel like a gamble—there’s too much (or too little) information, reviews can be unreliable, and it’s hard to know what’s real. Without authentic product demonstrations or a human connection, making the right choice isn’t always easy. We knew there had to be a better way, so we set out to create it.
